Our Technicians come to you, when you require us, on a schedule or within a timeframe. We work on your premises and keep out of your way as much as possible. If we need to remove the item for repair or service we consult with you. Current Pricing is $170 + GST / Hr. We have a monthly subscription plan for $140 Plus GST (for businesses up to 5 Employees) which reduces your hourly costs when required to $140 Plus GST / Hr. **A Callout fee is applied for all visits. We charge in 15 minute increments.

Data Centre and Network Operations Centre server maintenance technicians fees start from $180 Plus Gst dependant on the specialist technician required. This is not inclusive of the Data Centre or NOC entrance fees which required upon booking

A full feature of our product is remote access and maintenance. When it comes to some functions of your maintenance requirements, software updates, systems software tuning, installing and uninstalling software, Anti-Virus, programs etc. We are able to do these functions remotely.
